What we collect and why
Stop Marketing, on behalf of the Princeton, collects your name, contact details, availability, the positions you would like to work, your ProServe certificate details, your shift history, and other information related to our work with the venue. We use this only to build the schedule, contact you about shifts, confirm you are certified to serve alcohol in Alberta, and keep the employment records we are required to keep. We do not use it for any other purpose, sell it, or share it for marketing.
Service providers outside Canada
We use third-party software and service providers to store and process this information. Some of them operate outside Canada, including in the United States and elsewhere.
How long we keep it
Your staff record and shift history are kept for four years after your last shift.
